CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a wire 102 having bending elasticity, a wire feeding/fixing part 110, which bends the wire 102 to a bend shape and fixes the wire 102 with pressing a bend part 103 of wire 102 on a rear surface 2 of a work 1, a wire heating part heating the bend part 103 of wire 102 and a work traveling mechanism 20, which transfers the work 1 so as to make a laser beam 11a and wire 102 travel relative to the work 1. |
