PURPOSE:To increase the processing quantity of an aqueous processing liquid per ion exchange resin unit quantity by providing the leading-in part and the leading-out part of the processing liquid at the upper and lower positions inside a tank which consist of a cylindrical body part and a tank bottom part having a bottom surface bent downward and a ceiling part. CONSTITUTION:A tank 1 is composed of a cylindrical body part 2, a tank bottom 3 consisting of a bottom surface bent downward, and a lid (a ceiling part) 4, and at the lower port of this tank 1 inside, a nozzle 7 that acts as a liquid leading-in part to communicate with the leading-in pipe passage 6 of a processing liquid, is provided in its state in which an opening 8 is directed right below. Also, a liquid leading-out part 11 that consists of three nozzles 11a-11c and communicates with the leading-out pipe passage 10 of the processing liquid, is provided, in the upper part of the center part of the tank 1 inside, and on the basis of the output of an electric conductivity meter 12, a processing liquid quantity to be introduced into the tank 1 is controlled. Ion exchange resin is run by means of the liquid current of the processing liquid flowing out into the tank 1 inside through the nozzle 7, and by expediting ion exchange reaction simultaneously by the whole of ion exchange resin, a processing quantity per ion exchange resin unit is increased. |
