PURPOSE: A method for removing food moisture and discharge water by using polymer adsorbent is provided, which can adsorb and gel or solidify the whole hydrophilic liquid and lipophilic liquid which are discharged from wet waste by using highly absorbing polymer that is based on starch and rice bran foil, a natural polymer. The adsorbent is attached to a waste bag to gel wastewater in the bag and the sheet of this adsorbent is laid at the bottom of waste box and waste truck. CONSTITUTION: The polymer adsorbent comprises the followings: (i) an absorbing polymer for absorbing moisture, which is selected from a group that consists of a natural polymer of starch, a natural polymer of cellulose, a natural polymer of polysaccharide and a natural polymer of protein; (ii) an oil absorbing polymer, which is selected from a group that consists of old news paper, a raw cotton, a rice bran, pulp, a kind of moss and a shell of tree fruit, for absorbing oil component; and (iii) a microorganism for decomposing organic matter by generating hydrolase.
