PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling magnetic water circulation apparatus for preventing cooling effect from being deteriorated by preventing rust and deposit from being deposited in a cooling water circulation circuit. SOLUTION: A cooling magnetic water circulation apparatus 1 includes a cooling water tank 2, a heat exchanger 3 installed in the cooling water tank 2, a magnetic water processing cylinder 4, a cooling water circulation circuit 6 passing through the cooling water 2 and the magnetic water processing cylinder 4, and a circulation pump 7 installed in the course of the cooling water circulation circuit 6. A refrigerating machine 10 is coupled with the side of a refrigerant circuit 9 of the heat exchanger 3, and cooling water in the cooling water tank 2 is converted to magnetic water through the inside of the magnetic water processing cylinder 4. The heat exchanger 23 and the magnetic water treatment cylinder 4 may be installed outside the cooling water tank 2.
