PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for preventing the instability of soil surface by rain water and the like and furthermore, increasing the strength. SOLUTION: An asphalt emulsion is sprayed on to soil surface and subsequently, a mixed product of water, cement, and an EVA based polymeric adhesion booster is sprayed thereon. Spraying of the asphalt emulsion onto the surface of soil can prevent the instability of the,soil surface by rain water and the like and, in addition, spraying of the mixed product of water, cement, an EVA polymeric adhesion booster increases the strength of the soil surface. |
