PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more economically obtain the subject compound having maximal bulk density, good fluidity and maximal reactivity by including a specific hydrophilic silicic acid with its mean aggregate particle size below a specific value. SOLUTION: This fluid cyanuric chloride is obtained by including 0.05-0.5 wt.% of hydrophilic silicic acid as fluidizing auxiliary. This fluid cyanuric chloride thus obtained has a fluidity evaluation value of <=3; wherein the hydrophilic silicic acid is precipitated silicic acid or silica gel having a mean aggregate particle size of <15μm determined using a Coulter counter; it is advantageous that the fluidizing auxiliary to be used is pulverized precipitated silicic acid, in particular precipitated silicic acid pulverized by steam jet or air jet, having a mean aggregate particle size of <7μm, pref. <5μm and DPB absorption of <270 g/100 g, and the corresponding precipitated silicic acid is a product having a BET specific surface area of 100-500 (pref. 150-300) m2/g.
