PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently exhibit dwelling performance, functionality and releasability of a house including a basement besides an original function possessed by the basement by arranging an openable/closable window in a boundary between a cabin and a dry area, and opening an upper space of the dry area outdoors. SOLUTION: A dry area B1 is arranged on the outdoor side (the west side) of a building 1 next to a cabin 51. An openable/closable window 52 is arranged in a boundary between the dry area B1 and the cabin 51. The window 52 is a window for sweepings, and residents can go in and out between the dry area B1 and the cabin 51 by opening/closing the window. An upper space of the dry area B1 is opened outdoors as a whole. Thus, the dry area B1 becomes very excellent in an exposure to the sun. Stairs 53 for connecting the dry area B1 and an aboveground part are arranged on the south side of the dry area B1. Housing 53 is an almost sealed space having the ceiling, and can be opened/ closed only by a door 531.
