PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent peeling and breaking by external force of a nonslip rubber mat fixed onto the base of a concrete structure such as a caisson without damaging workability. SOLUTION: One or a plurality of nut sections are fixed integrally onto the flange section 34 of a buried nut 32 buried into the nonslip rubber mat 20 while the area of the flange section 34 is set in quintuple or more when one nut section is fixed onto the flange section and in octuple or more when a plurality of the nut sections are fixed onto the flange section to the area of a hole 21 for exposure bored to the top face of the nonslip rubber mat 20 for exposing the top-face opening section of the nut section. Thus, the pull-out resistance of the buried nut 32 is increased while external force working on the buried nut 32 is also dispersed.
