PURPOSE: A cold cathode type electron gun for cathode ray tube is provided to prevent a junction error and deformation due to a thermal expansion efficient between each component and align correctly a cold cathode device and an electronic focus lens. CONSTITUTION: A multitude of cold cathode is formed on a plurality of cold cathode device(11) in order to emit electrons. The cold cathode devices(11) is formed on a ceramic substrate(21). A wire bonding pattern(24) is formed on the ceramic substrate(21) in order to load the cold cathode device(11) on a predetermined position. The wire bonding pattern(24) is used for connecting a cold cathode device loading pattern(22) with the cold cathode device(11), electrically. A wire(31) is bonded on the wire bonding pattern(24). A terminal is projected from an opposite side to the cold cathode device(11). The terminal is used for transferring an electric signal of an outside to the cold cathode devices(11).
