PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aggregate board that suppresses deformations, such as warpages and has proper division characteristic into each substrate regions. SOLUTION: In a dividing region, a plurality of grooves 4 that intersect the forming direction of the dividing region 2Y, as viewed in a plan view, and penetrate the uppermost layer of the laminate 1 in the thickness direction are aligned along the forming direction of the dividing region 2Y, whereby neighboring substrate regions 3 are coupled through juncture sections 5, provided in between the grooves.
