PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflecting mirror reflecting light emitted from a lamp of a light source with high efficiency to emit it frontward, in a reflecting mirror for a light source device used for an increasingly-downsized projector device; a reflecting mirror with a lamp having the reflecting mirror; and a molding die used for manufacturing the reflecting mirror. SOLUTION: In this reflecting mirror, the inside surface of the reflecting mirror having a concave shape and made of glass is formed with two or more curved surfaces, and curvature radiuses R of parts where the respective curved surfaces intersect with each other satisfy 0.1 mm≤R≤2.5 mm. This reflecting mirror with a lamp is composed by arranging a super-high pressure mercury lamp on the reflecting mirror. This molding die of the reflecting mirror has a drum mold supplied with a softened glass material, and an arrow mold sliding toward the inside of a cavity of the drum mold for forming a reflecting surface of the concave shape; the arrow mold is composed by combining two or more members; two or more curved surfaces are formed on its outside surface as a whole; joint parts of the two or more members are formed in boundaries of the curved surfaces different from each other; and the joint parts are formed in the direction in which the arrow mold slides.
