PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage monitoring system for an automatic voltage controller which can automatically monitor voltages of a power supply side and a load side of the automatic voltage controller at a low cost. SOLUTION: The voltage monitoring system for the automatic voltage controller has a SVR (step voltage regulator) 1, a remote control switch gear 3, a double power supply transformer 6, and a remote control slave station 5. The system is configured so that a voltage of the power supply side of the SVR 1 can be applied to any one of the double power supply transformer 6 and signals respectively indicating the voltages of the power supply and the load of the SVR 1 can be transmitted to a monitoring station 4 via the remote control slave station 5.
