PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that deposition of a conductive substance on an organic film near terminal sections of a display device induces conduction between terminals when the terminal sections are connected by a flexible wiring board. SOLUTION: An organic passivation film 28 is formed close to the end of a substrate 2, however, a conductive substance deposits on the end portion of the organic passivation film 28. The conductive deposit 70 is cut off by extending a bridge portion 30 of the organic passivation film 28 to the end portion of the substrate 2.
