METHOD FOR PALYING A MEDIA ON CONVERSATION, AND TERMINAL THEREOF

A media reproducing method during a call and a terminal thereof are provided to prevent the overlap of background music during a telephone call, thereby reproducing a media file only at a caller's terminal. A process for receiving a media reproduction command during a telephone call operation is performed(S302). A process for confirming whether the media data are received from an opponent's terminal during a telephone call operation is performed(S306) and the media file to be reproduced is reproduced only within a terminal or added to a waiting list(S312). When the media data are not received from an opponent's terminal during a telephone call operation, a process for inquiring whether the reproduction of the media file is executed only within a terminal is performed. The media file is reproduced only within the terminal according to a user's selection.
