PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable resin composition which contains polylactic acid and can be injection-molded to form a molding without lowering strength and heat resistance, and to provide a resin enclosure using the same. SOLUTION: The biodegradable resin composition comprises polylactic acid, tannin, and preferably a phosphoric acid ester, and the resin enclosure is formed by using the biodegradable resin composition. Preferably, the biodegradable resin composition further contains at least one selected from the group consisting of polycaprolactone, polyhydroxybutyrate, polybutylene succinate, and their derivatives.
