SYSTEM FOR ANALYZING BUSINESS INFLUENCE DUE TO COMPUTATIONAL FAILURE

A system for analyzing a business influence caused by computation failure is provided to construct a system for sensing important failure automatically and coping with the failure quickly, and to support fast decision-making and failure-coping, then to suggest a method for improving predictive accuracy in failure measures of a computation organization. A management tool unit transmits a failure event message. A service desk unit decides on a failure seriousness grade by receiving and analyzing the event message, and transmits a failure message. An influence analyzer compares/analyzes influence information and organized resource information stored in an integrated DB, and outputs result data. The influence analyzer comprises as follows. An application includes a failure event processing module, an influence analysis processing module, and a failure event/influence screen display module. A monitoring unit provides influence analysis data to a user. A DB stores data processed in the monitoring unit and the application.
