The invention concerns a method for producing an assembly comprising several silicone elements crosslinked by polyaddition of Si-H units on Si-alkenyl (preferably Si-vinyl) units, said elements adhering firmly to each other, without deteriorating the mechanical properties of the crosslinked silicone elements. Said method essentially comprises the following steps: (I) forming (first coating) a silicone element (i) using a liquid silicone preparation (i) comprising polyorganosiloxanes (POS) (A)- with Si-vinyl units, POS (B) with Si-H units, a platinum catalyst (C), optionally a POS Si-vinyl resin (D), optionally a crosslinkage inhibitor (E), optionally an adherence promoter (F), optionally a mineral filler (G), optionally a functional additive (H) for providing specific properties; (II) crosslinking such that (i) has an unreacted surface vinyl-residue density (DS) per nm<2>: 0.0100 >/= DS >/= 0.0400; (III) optionally repeating steps (I) and (II) n times (n being a positive integer), so as to obtain n mutually adhering elements (i); (IV) forming (second coating) a silicone element (ii) with a silicone liquid preparation (ii) of the same type as described above; (V) crosslinking to obtain crosslinked (ii) adhering to (i). The invention is useful for producing multilayer silicone coatings. |
