PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sun tracking type sunlight illuminating device capable of always irradiating reflected light of incident sunlight to an arbitrary position fixed in advance. SOLUTION: The sun tracking type sunlight illuminating device includes a rotary shaft 3 rotatable around an axis arranged in parallel with the own rotating axis of the earth, a driving means 4 for making the rotary shaft 3 rotate at a speed synchronized with a movement of the sun, a driving arm 5 fixed on the rotary shaft, a mirror 6 coupled with the driving arm 5, and a mirror support arm 7 vertically fixed on the mirror 6. The mirror 6 is rotatably arranged on a tip of the driving arm 5, a guide member 10a is fixed on an imaginary circle S where a length between the axis line of the rotary shaft 3 and the rotating center 8 of the mirror is set to be a radius on the reference surface including the axis line of the rotary shaft 3 and the rotating center of the mirror 6, the mirror support arm 7 is connected with the guide members 10a, 12 and is movably supported in the extending direction of the same.
