<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid sustention of unstable power supply from the power supply side to the side being supplied with power through a power supply cable. <P>SOLUTION: The cable break detection circuit includes an SW element 13, a control IC 14, and a return line 15 wherein the voltage on the side 2 being supplied with power is transmitted to the control IC 14 on the power supply side 1 by the return line 15 in order to detect whereby abnormal state such as cable break caused by bending, and the control IC 14 can stop voltage output through the SW element 13.
