PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric vehicle control device capable of achieving a reduction in a size of a device.SOLUTION: An electric vehicle control device includes: an inverter unit; a capacitor; a cooling unit; and a control unit. The control unit includes: a gate substrate; a discharge circuit board; and a control circuit board. The gate substrate is mounted with a gate circuit applying a voltage to a gate terminal of a switching element for electric power. The discharge circuit board is mounted with at least a part of a discharge circuit discharging electric power stored in the capacitor. The control circuit board is mounted with a control circuit controlling the gate circuit on the basis of an input signal. In the control unit, the control circuit board and the discharge circuit board are disposed adjacent to each other so as to form the same surface, and the gate substrate is disposed so as to face the control circuit board and the discharge circuit board.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
