The present invention relates to an energy storing apparatus and, more specifically, to an energy storing apparatus storing mechanical energy as potential energy by using buoyant force and converting the potential energy to electric energy when the electric energy is needed. According to the present invention, the energy storing apparatus comprises: a buoyant means; a buoyant frame; a fixing means; a storing means; a rotation means; a power generation means; and a power transmission means. According to the present invention, when energy production is plenty, energy is stored as potential energy to be used as electric energy by using buoyant force, when electric energy is required. Therefore, an additional battery is not necessary. In addition, the buoyant means is elevated with constant force so as to generate electricity, thereby producing a uniform current. Accordingly, produced electric energy quality may be improved. |
