PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling cosmetic containing an ascorbic acid derivative stably.SOLUTION: The invention provides a peeling cosmetic containing an ascorbic acid derivative or a salt thereof in which the hydroxyl group at position 2 and/or 3 of ascorbic acid is substituted by a glyceryl group or alkyl glyceryl group, and α-hydroxy acid.
