The present invention provides a liquid crystal display device comprising: a first substrate; a second substrate facing the first substrate; a liquid crystal layer formed between the first and second substrates; and first, second, third, and fourth color pixel areas formed on the first or second substrate. The first to third color pixel areas include any one among a red color filter, a green color filter, and a blue color filter. The fourth color pixel area includes a white color filter. The cross section of the white color filter is formed in an arc or semicircular shape. The liquid crystal display device according to the present invention can improve a yellowish phenomenon, have excellent brightness, and solve a visibility difference between a front side and a side. |
