According to an embodiment of the present invention, an organic light emitting display device includes: a transistor formed on a substrate; a reflecting electrode connected to the transistor; a color filter formed on the reflecting electrode; a first electrode formed on the color filter and electrically connected to the reflecting electrode; a pixel defining film formed on the color filter and having an opening part exposing the first electrode; a white color light emitting layer formed on the opening part; and a second electrode formed on the white color light emitting layer.
