PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to manufacture a fuel cell separator which has high elasticity, an outstanding dimension accuracy, and gas impermeability in uniform quality without poor forming, and to obtain a highly efficient solid polymer fuel cell which has high gas seal nature and an outstanding shock resistance by using the quality fuel cell separator for one of parts or all. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the fuel cell separator in which a composite for the fuel cell separator comprising an electric conduction material, a binder, and an additive as a main component is mixed, granulated, and dried to have a grain composite, and the grain composite is filled in a mold and is put through heating, pressurizing, and forming, the solid polymer fuel cell contains an average grain size of 200-700 μm, the grain composite having a predetermined grain size distribution or the above grain composite reformed in grain size of an average grain size 60-160 μm, and the grain composite having a predetermined grain size distribution of a residual volatile component of 4 mass % or less. |
