The limit unit 11 limits the maximum output voltage to the charging voltage of the battery B, the switching unit 12 delivers excessive power P0 of the battery B to the matching unit 14 side, and the matching unit 14 matches the voltage, frequency and voltage waveform before selling a power Pc to a commercial power system PL. |
