发明名称 METHOD OF REDUCING SULFUR IN FCC GASOLINE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To obtain a catalytic cracking catalyst composition of a cracking product having low sulfur content by constituting the composition of a Lewis acid supported upon aluminum and molecular sieve distributed in an inorganic oxide matrix as a different material. CONSTITUTION: This catalytic cracking catalyst composition is constituted of a Lewis acid supported upon molecular sieve and aluminum distributed in an inorganic oxide matrix as a different material. A mechanism to remove a sulfur component in a hydrocarbon product produced by cracking with alumina containing the Lewis acid is thought as interactions of a sulfur seed of Lewis base produced by cracking of hydrocarbon containing sulfur with the Lewis acid on alumina by adsorption or chemical reaction. One of the interactions is adsorption of the Lewis base seed of sulfur by alumina containing the Lewis acid at a riser/reactor side of FCC. Consequently the sulfur seed adsorbed is oxidized and more sulfur seeds are adsorbed at the reactor side.</p>
