inputting an injected picture data, finding an edge strength with the calculation of a minimum brightness value from a maximum brightness value, processing the first probability of each case for picture brightness information, processing the second probability of each case for the edge brightness, inspecting a pair with maximum value which is the product of the first and second probability, and printing out black or white according to a background, the inside of a character, the border of each character, and an image part.
