The binder of formula (I) is synthesized with epichlorohydrin and amine compound of formula (II), where R1 and R2 are hydrogen, alkyl, hydroxy alkyl or any N-substituted amino alkyl. The amine cpd. is selected among dimethyl amine, diethyl amine, diethanol amine, ethylene diamine diethylene triamine. The obtd. cpd. is useful for adhering agent of leather dye that can prevent separation of dye by adhering acid or direct dye used in dyeing of leather.
