PURPOSE:To make broad the operating range of the divider with a simple circuit constitution, by constituting the voltage/impedance converter with two transistors arranged with characteristics on one pellet and the operational amplifier, and making equal the temperature conditions of transistors. CONSTITUTION:The voltage/impedance converter 1 is constituted with the transistor or FETQ1, Q2 and operational amplifier OP1, the FETQ1, Q2 are formed closely on the same pellet and the temperature condition of FETQ1, Q2 is made equal with arranged characteristics. To this converter 1, the operational amplifier OP2 constituting the inverting amplifier with FETQ2, resistor R0 and internal impedance to constitute the analog divider. The input voltage EiB is fed to the inverting input of the operational amplifier OP1 of the converter 1 and the current of the constant current source S is fed to the noninverting input. Further, the output impedance proportional to the input voltage EiB is picked up with the converter 1, and the input voltage EiA of the amplifier OP2 is divided by the input voltage EiB of the converter 1, allowing to make braoder the operating range. |
