CONSTITUTION:The content of work, a work condition or the like are inputted to an input part 8. Basic work speed or the like of the inputted work condition is stored beforehand in a storage part 9. Correction in work speed changing according to the content of work and calculation of expected work time are carried out by a CPU10, and when the inputted work condition is improper, more proper work condition is selected, and expected work time at that time is also calculated. A change in work speed of work in progress is detected by a detecting part 11, and when work speed is reduced remarkably, the work condition is changed, and expected work time after being changed is calculated.
