Test system for the determination of glucose in aqueous fluids of the type which comprises glucose oxidase, a peroxidatively active substance and chromogen. Use of m-anisidine as a chromogen which permits the semi-quantitative determination of glucose at higher concentrations than is possible with previously used chromogens.
