The solution concerns a method of production of 1-(heterocyclylsulfonyl)-3-/4-(2-pyrimidinyl)-1-(piperazinyl)propanes of general formula II, where R<1> means heterocyclic residuum and its additive salts with acids. The principle of the solution consists in the reaction of 1-(2-pyrimidyl)piperazine and 3-chloropropylsulfonamide of general formula III and in possible conversion of the product to an additive salt with acid. The produced compounds can be used as anxiolytics.<IMAGE>
