<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject system intended to prevent outbreak of power supply failure such as short-circuiting due to birds' coming flying to steel tower(s) standing along a high voltage power line. SOLUTION: This system is made up of sensors 3a, 3b to sense birds which come flying to a steel tower 1, a vocal memory circuit 6 which has stored plural kinds of sounds including synthetic sounds of cries/roars of birds and fierce animals and crows' cautious cries, a vocal selection and output circuit 7 to randomly select one kind from the sounds stored in the circuit 6 to effect vocalization of a speaker 9 via an amplifier 10, and a secondary battery 8 for actuation electric source ensuring to be charged by a solar cell 2 in the daytime. Following the actuation of the sensors 3a, 3b, a threatening sound randomly selected from the circuit 6 is vocalized around.</p> |
