PURPOSE: To obtain a uniform characteristic of a conductive polymer film by having the monomer selected out of a group, consisting of acryl acid and metacryl acid which are subjected to radiation-beam graft and allowing the film to possess 100 to 250 mΩ-cm<2> of electrolytic resistance and an uniformity index of less than 50 mΩ-cm<2> . CONSTITUTION: A substance allowing acryl acid or meta acryl acid to exist in a solvent by a quantity of about 10 to 50 weight is used as a graft monomer. The separator film of a bridged low density polyethylene is given an electrolytic resistance in a range of 100 to 250 mΩ-cm<2> and an uniformity index of less than 50 mΩ. In addition for a use which allows a rather high electrolytic resistance characteristic, 180-260 mΩ-cm<2> electrolytic resistance can be given to a lot of a polyethylene separator film. Such a lot can be achieved under the state, allowing an uniformity index below 70 mΩ-cm<2> . In this way, various kinds of separator films having electrolytic resistance characteristic within a range which is considered necessary for various battery uses are obtained. |
