PURPOSE: A device for setting rim lock for the welding of a rim of a pair of spectacles is provided to provide precise setting of a supply position of a rim lock and working position of a high frequency welding machine by providing a setting element to a fixing jig of the spectacles. CONSTITUTION: A device for setting rim lock in the welding of a rim of a pair of spectacles includes a finger(1) having a fixed rim lock position, a high frequency welding machine(4) for welding a rim lock(2) to a rim of spectacles(3) and having a predetermined welding position, a mold die(6) having a groove(6a) for fixing the rim of the spectacles and a pin groove(6b) formed complementary to a position determination pin(9), a block(7) formed complementary to the groove of the mold die coupled with the mold die(6), and a jig(5) for fixing the rim of the spectacles interposed between the mold die and the block, wherein in the setting of a welding position, the position values of the rim lock and the high frequency welding machine become fixing values and the position value of the rim of the spectacle becomes a variable to be later set in the jig as a substantial fixing value according to the shape of the rim of the spectacles, so that variable shapes of the rim of the spectacles are precisely welded by the precise setting of the positions of the rim lock, the rim of the spectacles and the welding machine.
