PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a communication protocol and to reduce the number of buses by providing a header and an end mark at each of the start and the end of a valid data section of a data bit signal, constituting each of transmission data, the header, the end mark of the valid data section of different bit patterns and discriminating the header and the end mark on the receiving side. SOLUTION: The data bit signal transmitted from a transmitting part is inputted in a data input terminal of an input part 31, the inputted data is inputted in a header detecting part 32 and inputted in a data detecting part 34 via an end mark detecting part 33. A header pattern of the inputted data bit signal is detected in the header detecting part 32, the transmission data of the inputted data bit signal is detected in the data detecting part 34 and the detected data is transmitted to an establishing part 36. When the header pattern is detected in the header detecting part 32, a header establishment signal is transmitted from the header detecting part 32 and thus, RS flip-flop 35 is reset.
