PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a purified protein containing at least one of immunogen determinants in Eimeria antigen, because an immunological prophylactic method for coccidiosis would be far better than conventional disinfestation methods. SOLUTION: At least one of immunogen determinants in Eimeria antigen, a specific nucleic acid sequence encoding its protein, a recombinant vector molecule or recombinant vector virus containing the nucleic acid sequence, a host cell obtained by transforming with the recombinant vector molecule or a host cell obtained by infecting with the recombinant vector virus and an antibody showing immunoreactivity to the above protein are provided.
