PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for attaching a tape whose structure is miniaturized to reduce an equipment cost, and which can flexibly deal with a production variation. SOLUTION: The supply reel 23 of a leader tape L, a pair of adsorption blocks 29A and 29B, a cutting part 47 placed between the pair of adsorption blocks 29A and 29B, a placing part 57 where a reel hub R is placed, and a hub supporting part 80 to support the reel hub R to which one end of the tape L is attached, and to determine a tape attachment length between the reel hubs R which form a pair, are provided on an operation table 22.
