SOLUTION: In this laser radar type road condition grasping device for determining the road condition based on a fuzzy inference by using various kinds of information including the distance, the reflection intensity, the scanning surface coordinate, and the road surface temperature detected by a laser radar, the rut is simultaneously detected while determining the road condition based on the temporal change of the distance data detected by the laser radar.
