PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To translate a work journal of a dental hygienist into digitized information, have it synchronize with an electronic medical card and reduce workload for duplicated input operation between the two. SOLUTION: This medical care support system stores a course of medical treatment performed by the dental hygienist as the work journal corresponding to a job performed date and is constituted with a means to assign posting information about whether or not an outcome of performed course of the medical treatment is posted to the electronic card in each of record forms for the course of the medical treatment and the means to post the work journal to the card by obtaining the work journal in which date of the medical treatment as an object of the input is associated with the date of performed treatment and designated to be posted to the card.
