CONTAMINANT LEAKAGE DETECTION SYSTEM AND MEASUREMENT METHOD USING GRID TYPE ELECTRICAL RESISTANCE MEASUREMENT

PURPOSE: A contaminant leakage detection system and measurement method is provided to accurately detect inlet point of contaminant by permitting electrical resistances measured by sensors to be significantly reduced in accordance with the introduction of contaminant. CONSTITUTION: A contaminant leakage detection system comprises a cable(10) disposed into a grid type; an electrical resistance measurement sensor connected to the crossing point of cables disposed in a grid type; a current feed unit(30) for feeding current to the cable; and an electric potential difference measurement unit(40) for measuring electric potential difference of the current through sensors. The decreasing point of electrical resistance obtained through the electric potential difference, is determined as a leakage point of contaminant.
