PURPOSE: Structure for installing a rear floor panel is provided to offer a pleasant traveling experience to an occupant by preventing the vibration and cracking of a rear floor panel. CONSTITUTION: A rear floor upper side reinforcing material(30) is welded to the upper end of a rear floor panel(10). A rear floor center cross member(11) is welded to the lower end of the rear floor panel. One side of the rear floor upper side reinforcing material is installed by plug welding. Tow fin panels(40) for damping vibration and forming a frame are installed between the rear floor upper side reinforcing material and the rear floor panel. One flange of the fin panel is welded with the rear floor upper side reinforcing material. The other flange is pasted with a double-coated sealer tape(50). The other flange is attached with the rear floor panel.
