PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna apparatus and a communication control apparatus of a wireless base station system wherein the cost is suppressed and a communication area can be set with a high degree of freedom, and to provide a communication method and a communication control method. SOLUTION: Wireless apparatuses 1a, 1b making communication with on-vehicle apparatuses 6a, 6b are connected to a communication control apparatus 2 via communication lines 3a, 3b, respectively. Signals transmitted through the communication lines 3a, 3b are baseband signals and the wireless apparatuses 1a, 1b convert the baseband signals into wireless signals. The wireless apparatuses 1a, 1b use timing adjustment sections 11a, 11b to delay a downlink signal from the communication control apparatus 2 and uplink signals from the on-vehicle apparatuses 6a, 6b by a delay adjustment amount set according to delays of the communication lines 3a, 3b and provide the output of the result.
