PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precoated aluminum alloy sheet superior in press moldability and easy to treat after press molding. SOLUTION: The precoated aluminum alloy sheet is composed of a substrate comprising an aluminum alloy sheet and an organic resin film applied to at least one surface of the substrate. The organic resin, which constitutes the organic resin film, contains a water soluble acrylic resin having a glass transition point of 70°C or above, an acid value of 50 KOH/g or above, a molecular weight of 20,000-100,000 and containing at least one compound, which is selected from at least one of sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, ammonia and an amine, as a neutralizing agent. The organic resin film can be removed from the substrate by the contact with an alkali aqueous solution with a pH of 8 or above. This organic resin film contains carnauba wax preferably in an amount of 0.1-30 wt.% and the thickness thereof is 0.1-30μm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
