The invention concerns the processing equipment intended for concentration of liquid biological preparations and foodstuffs, and it can be used, for example, for concentration of microbiological preparations, which are used in the system of biological protection of plants. In an installation for concentration of biological preparations and foodstuffs to the housing of evaporator a counter-jet heat exchanger of the type "pipe in pipe" is wound and an additional circuit is formed for circulation of water between the condenser of heating and refrigerating machine and counter-jet heat exchanger with circulating pump and air cooler. It is reached the improvement of heat exchange conditions at theconcentration of product, thanks to which the energy consumption is decreased at concentration and is removed the pollution and spoiling of concentrated product at accidental ingress of the coolant into the system of circulation of product.
