PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of easily registering an IP address or the like of a terminal such as a PC to be connected. SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 10 comprises a scanner unit 11 for reading a document, a FAX communication unit 12 for performing facsimile communication, a printing unit 13 for printing image data, and the like and is connected with terminals T1-T3 via a network N1. When data for test print are transmitted from the terminal T1-T2, a control unit 19 of the image forming apparatus 10 stores in a storage unit 14 terminal data (IP address, terminal name and the like being set to the terminal) to be transmitted together with the data.
