A mask for manufacturing an organic light emitting display is provided to reduce tension applied to the mask by forming dummy grooves on an edge of a unit mask. A mask(110) for manufacturing an organic light emitting display includes at least one unit mask. The unit mask includes dummy grooves(113) and a main opening unit(112). The dummy grooves are formed on an edge of the unit mask. The main opening unit is surrounded by the dummy grooves. The dummy groove has a height(H2) of higher than 0 but lower than a height(H1) of the main opening unit. The mask is made of a thin metal plate such as stainless steel, nickel, an alloy of nickel, or an alloy of nickel-cobalt. |
