PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a revolutionary tank with a liquidometer having a composition with high productivity, capable of securing high sealability, and hardly causing a variation even in sealing performance. SOLUTION: In a transparent blocking body 6 and a transparent resin packing part 7, the transparent blocking body 6 and the packing part 7 are integrally formed of different materials used as softer packing materials to form a transparent blocking member 3, the packing part 7 of the transparent blocking member 3 is abutted on a peripheral part of a window opening 2 of a tank body 1, and a piercing hole 9 piercing a fastening fixing means 8 such as a rivet or a machine screw when attaching and fixing the transparent blocking member 3 is also integrally formed at the peripheral part of the blocking transparent blocking body 6 by the packing material to compose the tank with the liquidometer.
