PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a newly configured radiography apparatus which can image at least two kinds of tomographic images by easily switching X-ray detecting sections. SOLUTION: The radiography apparatus M comprises a movement means 13 including an X-ray generator 11 and an X-ray detecting section facing each other interposing an object O, an X-ray imaging control means 14 to control the X-ray generator 11, the X-ray detecting section 12, and the movement means 13, and an image kind selection means 15 to select an image kind. The X-ray generator 11 can generate X-rays by selectively switching an X-ray slit beam B and an X-ray broad beam BB. The X-ray detecting section includes a first image sensor 12a for receiving the X-ray slit beam B to take an X-ray image transmitting through the object O and a second image sensor 12b for receiving the X-ray broad beam BB to take an X-ray image transmitting through the object O respectively on facing two faces of a rectangular parallelopiped box body 12c. By rotating the box body 12c horizontally in 180°, any of the X-ray image sensors 12a, 12b is made selectable. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
